Availability for weekend stay is negotiable.
Minimum stay is 2 nights or $110.
Deposit is $55.

Shared bathroom only if both are rented at the same time.
Owner occupies the master room.
Cleaning will be done for you once a week.
Minimal cooking with microwave or boiling water for coffee or tea or eggs.
Toaster and wi fi available.
If staying more than a week, owner will wash and dry a load of laundry.
